What Is The 申请过程?
学生 are recruited for USA 向上的束缚 during their freshman and sophomore year
高中. 学生 in the 11th and 12th grades may also be considered for participation
in the program depending on the need and recommendation from the high school counselor.
学生 who are not selected to participate in 向上的束缚 due to limited capacity
will be referred to other programs in the city for consideration.
This form may be completed online and printed out.

to secure certain information. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
