Dr. Svynarenko discusses war in Ukraine

Dr. Anton Svynarenko, a visiting assistant professor of Russian in the Department of Modern and Classical Languages and Literature is from Kharkiv, Ukraine, a city left heavily damaged by the Russian invasion. 丽贝卡·卡尔伯森通过, a senior international studies major at South Alabama, is the recipient of the 2021 Gilman Scholarship and will receive a $4000 stipend for travel.

Two IS majors elected to offices in student government

The Student Government Association officers at the 十大彩票网投平台 have been elected for the 2021-22 academic year. Grace Sekaya, a junior majoring in international studies and pre-med, was elected SGA总统. Hope Bae, a junior majoring in international studies, was elected vice president.
